It was back in 1991 when we moved from Atlanta, GA to Florida this was when I found the house of my dreams in Ponte Vedra Beach. I will never forget when the realtor pulled her car in front of the house and I saw the long winding sidewalk that led to the front door, I knew immediately before I opened the door and walked inside that I wanted the house. God blessed me that day and I still thank Him for so much of my happiness. I've lived in my home now for eighteen-years. I raised my two precious children here. My husband moved out and divorced me while here but I rebuilt my life and I recovered here. I cared for my teenage daughter as she died here. I've renovated and redecorated the house four times since 1991. I don't plan on ever moving from here, unless God decides otherwise. I'll go where He leads me. When I think back to what it was that made me fall in love with this house besides the long winding sidewalk, I know that it was the lake and the view of the guana preserve land outside the back of the house, and the white birds, the ducks, and the turtles. Even now when I look at the view from my porch/office through the floor to ceiling windows, I thank God. I love this view so much. It inspires me to dream bigger, pray more, trust and never give up. There is something else I fell in love with and that something else is huge. It's the Atlantic Ocean, just a half mile walk from my front door. Over the years I've walked, and ran many miles along the beach, sometimes smiling and many times crying. I'm a dreamer and I pray while walking or just sitting on the sand. I like the sound of the waves because they comfort me. I'm filled with hope, and the love of God even though God took my daughter so soon. I'm a wife, a mother, a writer, a patient advocate, a home stager & redesign professional, and I love being a woman of faith. I love God, my family, my friends and the freedom to become anything I dream to be. I'm happy, I'm blessed and filled with Gods abundant grace.
I encourage everyone to love where you are in life, because you're right where God has placed you at this time. Know that you are a miracle. If where you are now is not where you want to be pray and hold on, change is on the way if it's Gods will. If you try and can't change your life trust God, and stay in faith! Be encouraged, never give up or give up on a dream, because if you can imagine it you can achieve it with the love of God. Don't limit yourself with negative thoughts, instead sing praises and keep dreaming BIG dreams. Your miracle is right around the corner. It might not happen when you want it but be ready because it will happen. You have to believe it will happen with time. What are you dreaming for? More money, to meet the right person, good health, it doesn't matter God can achieve what may seem impossible to you. God is not like us He is superhuman. God is a spirit with powers beyond what we can imagine. So put your trust and faith in Him and watch what happens, but be prepared for your life to blossom beyond what you have ever imagined. Trust, believe, pray and soar to new heights. I can't wait to see what God will do for you. I believe He will fulfill
